I have over 27 years of experience in Sales and Marketing of pharma products in a reputed Pharma Company in India.
I have worked in Eastern UP, Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal and have developed extensive contacts over the years. I have tremendous networking skills and friends all over the industry be it Doctors who are our main customers and Distributors in whole of eastern India. I am extremely interested in starting my own pharma marketing company.

You should start with minimum investment and with single territory or area in which you have strong hold and links. You shouldn’t try to launch whole area at single time. Spread your business gradually. Once you will have established one territory, you can move to another territory.

If you want to start with appointing Medical representative further then start with not more then 2-3 MR at first time. Main thing in starting is expenses. Keep your expenses in check and try to concentrate at promotion and marketing only.

One my client started work in Odisha four years ago. He was Zonal sales manager in well reputed pharma company and willing to start whole Odisha at single time. We have finalized all rates, products and other services. He placed good order as he was to launch whole Odisha. He had recruited more than 10 medical representatives.
