KETOCONAZOLE

KETOCONAZOLE :  It is the first orally effective broad spectrum antifungal drug, useful in both dermatophytosis and deep mycoses. Its oral absorption is facilitated by gastric acidity. GATIFLOXACIN

GATIFLOXACIN : It is fourth generation fluoroquinolone.antibacterial.Indication : Treatment of mild to moderate community acquired pneumonia and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.

PREDNISOLONE

PREDNISOLONE :  It is four times more potent than hydrocortisone, also more selective gluco-corticoid but fluid retention does not occur with high doses.  Drug has intermediate duration of action and causes less pituitary adrenal suppression when a single morning dose or alternative day treatment is given.
