I want my own pharma company in up, please guide me, I am a B.PHARMA & M.PHARMA degree holder.

Few requirements will be same as in case of all state like wholesale drug license number, GST identification number, Company registration etc. You can read requirements for both marketing company and manufacturing company by clicking at particular link.

If you have experience then you can start with products as you can sell. In UP, first you have to apply for whole sale drug license and GST identification number. These two documents is must for starting own pharma company. If you have registered under UP state pharmacy council as pharmacist, then you are eligible for taking retail drug license and whole sale drug license both.

Marketing company:

• First prepare list of molecules, you want to launch.
• Choose company name and brand names
• Apply for drug license and GST identification number
• Search for pharma third party manufacturer and packing/promotional material supplier
• Make agreement at mutual agreed terms and conditions
• Give products for third party manufacturing
• After manufacturing receive your products

Manufacturing company:

• Choose place, Build a building according to pharma manufacturing plant. Or use rented place having building that passes manufacturing unit norms.
• Purchase machinery and other accessories required for plant. Complete all requirement required for pharma manufacturing.
• Recruit staff – technical and non technical
• Apply for drug manufacturing license
• Start pharma manufacturing after receiving manufacturing license
