How to start Distribution of medicines?

Myself —– from Gujarat. I am Masters in Pharmacy.
I want to do distribution of Pharma medicines and open my business.
Please guide me through each and every step. Right from the scratch, which license will I need, area, location.. etc.
Please do the needful for me.
