How to start new pcd pharma distribution?

I am planning to start new pharma distribution (Franchise from pharma company) in Chennai.
Can I know, what are the documents I need to keep ready.
Whether I can go for lease premises and if I am renting / lease, up to which floor I can go? Also is it AC is must?

For starting Pharma distribution, you need to have two important things.
One wholesale drug license and second GST number
If we talk about wholesale drug licence, then you can either take your own or you can arrange by appointing a distributor. Same in the case of GST number

You can take a premises at lease or rent and start your own pharma distribution.
