Do I need D.Pharma certificate for opening Small pharmacy?

For starting pharmacy store, one need to have either a pharmacist qualification with registration as a pharmacist with state pharmacy council or has to employee a registered pharmacist as a competent person to run a pharmacy store.

For opening Small pharmacy do I need D.Pharma certificate? Can you guide me ?
In 10th standard I got 75% . My 12th standard Score is 75% ..with PCM . Am I eligible for doing diploma in pharmacy? I want to try this business. 
I am B.E in electronics and Telecommunications engineer. Having 20 years of working experience IT.

You will require to have either of pharmacy qualifications like D. Pharma, B. Pharma etc and should be registered as a pharmacist under state pharmacy council of concern state in which you want to set-up pharmacy business to open a pharmacy whether it is at a small level or big level.
For taking admission in D. pharma course, you need to have either PCM or PCB in 12th standard. You have PCM, so you are eligible to take admission at pharmacy course.
