Pharmacy council of India issued two circulars in this regards, one in 2007 and second in 2009. Both confirmed the not approval of National School Qualification for admission in Pharmacy Courses. Click at below link to read it: PCI circular regarding National Open School Qualification But In year 2015, PCI has issues circulars related to Eligibility of Open School education system of the Central Govt. / State Govts. institutions for admission in Pharmacy courses for the purpose of registration as a Pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948. and approved open school system of central and state government institutions for admission in various pharmacy courses for purposing as a registered pharmacist.
