l am going to start pcd Franchisee marketing. I want to know procedure for how to appoint stockiest?
How much rates to be given to stockiest?
What should I take from company and stockiest and give them?

Response:

You can appoint distributor by mutual discussion with distributor. Visit to distributor you want to appoint and finalize your term and conditions with them.

You have to give distributor at PTS (Price to stockist) Basis. Read more about Pts/Ptr here

You will take products from company at net rate basis and give at PTS basis. Stockist further will bill to retailer at PTR (Price to Retailer Basis)
