GATIFLOXACIN : It is fourth generation fluoroquinolone.antibacterial.Indication : Treatment of mild to moderate community acquired pneumonia and acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.

PREDNISOLONE :  It is four times more potent than hydrocortisone, also more selective gluco-corticoid but fluid retention does not occur with high doses.  Drug has intermediate duration of action and causes less pituitary adrenal suppression when a single morning dose or alternative day treatment is given. Indication :  Allergy,  Inflammatory,  Autoimmune diseases,  Malignancies.
