Quinapril
Like other Angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, Quinapril is also prevents vasoconstriction produced by angiotensin II. ACE inhibitors competitively bind at site and prevent formation of angiotensin II. Due to its ACE inhibition property, Quinapril is used in the treatment of hypertension and congestive heart failure.

Indications: 

Hypertension, heart failure etc.

Side Effects: 

Dizziness, diarrhea, cough, vomiting, upset stomach, neutropenia, angioedema, fatigue etc.
