For starting any type of business, there are two most common situations.
One, you have Excess Money/resources to start your business or run your business. You can launch number of products as per your desire. You can afford an experienced sales team and staff.
Second you have no money or limited money/resources for business start-up or running. You have to think a lot before launching a product. You can’t afford sales team and staff. You have to work at own self or with one or two persons team.
First case is rarely available and very few businesses or start-ups has unlimited money. Second case covers majority of businesses and start-ups.
Suppose you are starting a pharmaceutical company or running a pharmaceutical company. If you have resources, you can launch number of products as per market demand or requirements. You can hire an experience sales team or break other’s company sales team and start through big platform with resources available. But if you have limited resources, then you have to perform a series of propulsive manoeuvre as in case of Chandrayaan 2.
Russia, China and America Space agencies fulfils first case in which they don’t have resources problem and can send spacecraft to moon in time period of 3-4 days but Indian Space Agency ISRO doesn’t have unlimited resources. They work with limited fund, resources and technology. They can’t send our spacecraft in short time due to many complications. But they are immutable to send their spacecraft to moon.
Due to adversity and challenges ISRO has to perform a series of manoeuvres which will be carried out to raise its orbit and put Chandrayaan 2 on the Lunar Transfer Trajectory. It is defined as a propulsive manoeuvre which is utilised to put a spacecraft on a trajectory which will put it on the path to the moon.
Same in case of a business, when you have to start a business or run a business and you have limited resources then you can proceed with high speed. You have to use business gravitational force as Chandrayaan 2 is using Earth gravity to reach the moon.
Let it understand in more simple way…
You have less money. Prepare a business plan and then launch a less expensive product and start your business along with job or any other earning profession. It means proceed as part timer, not regular basis in business. It will help you to stay longer in business with limited resources. Launching first product is like launching spacecraft and entering into first orbit.
After some time when your product start to move on and generates some fund or stability then invest more resources in business. Generate more business and further invest into business. Continue this process until you leave business gravity i.e. secure your business from adversities. Step by step procedure, you have to adopt to be successful in business with limited resources and have to change orbit regularly to grow in business.
This way is time consuming but best way to start a business with less investment.
