MECOBALAMIN .
It is a kind of endogenous coenzyme b12.
Mecobalamin plays an important role in transmethylation as a coenzyme in the symthesis of methionine from homocysteine.
Mecobalamin is well transported to nerve cell organelles ,and promotes nucletic acid and protein synthesis
