Query is that I have read your blog about OTC drug and I want to know that if I am looking for OTC product’s e-commerce website If I start, will I need any kind of drug license for that or not, if you can share the list of any otc product for which license is not required, only GST number is required, then send that too,

if you want those otc products which are only require gst number to sell, not any license. then there is no such otc list, for all the otc products which fall under pharma, you will need a drug license and you will also need a gst number to start e-commerce
If you want to sell products at your e-commerce website without drug license then you can sell Ayurvedic and herbal products there, for that you will not need a license,
