I am already running a Hospital and Surgical Supply shop with all required drug licence No 21. Now I want to start a Third Party Marketing Pharma company as a Division of the Main.
Do I need separate licence or can I market if I write “A Division of….”
Suppose my main licence is for XXX and I want to start SSS pharma
Can I write marketed by: SSS Pharma (a division of Xxx)
Using the licence of Xxx
