How can a medical representative start his own franchise marketing?

Starting own franchise marketing is as same as
launching new head quarter for company. Many of you will have experience of
launching new company or division for their company in particular territory.
Those who have this type of experience don’t face much problem while starting
their own franchise marketing.
When I met with my one client in Nagpur, he told
me about how he started his career in pharmaceutical sales. He started with
newly launched marketing company. But due to his hard work and market
reputation, he got some good opportunities in MNC companies.
He launched two MNC divisions in his territory.
That was his life changing experience. Soon he realized, he just can start his
own work with Pharma Franchise Company. But he was too good in his work as he
launched three franchise companies together in his territory as franchisee
partner.

How can a medical representative start his own franchise marketing?

If you think, starting own work is matter of
finance and documentations then you may be wrong here. In franchise marketing,
you can start with as low as 10000/- initial investment but you have to give
your 100% work and time to it. You can also start it as part time while doing
your routine job as medical representative. 

When one of my friend got transferred to new
territory in new company as senior medical representative.  He got critical care division in new job but
in his last company, he was working in general division. He has built good
relationships with doctors and other professional so he decided to launch
general products with franchise marketing in previous territory.
These are two the example only, I have many of
examples like this. These motivate me to inspire sales professionals to start
their own work. All persons have different future plan and aims. Some want to
get promoted at higher level and want to be at highest position in his company,
and some has dream of starting his own work.
Start your journey toward your dream as soon as
possible otherwise you will find your dream far away from you as proceed in
your career. That’s my personnel experience. I always thought, I should have to
start my own work before 2 years ago when I started it.
Always careful about your regular income through
other sources during your entrepreneur journey. You have to travel long
distance which requires time, money and hard work.

  1. I am working as a sales representative in a franchise company, and I intend to start my own work. I wanted to know how I can bring products and start my own work, I have good contact with Doctors. In one of your articles I read that I can start at a minimum of 10000 rupees. I don't know how?
    I have few products in my mind but I cannot order them in bulk.
    I also want to ensure that products are of good quality. I want to name them too.
    Have I to go through entire process of registration or as a medical representative I can start with minimum of cost.
    Kindly let me know what could be done, so I can expedite things.

  2. For starting as a franchise, first you will have to need of a distributor/stockist. Either you own have pharma distribution license or you can appoint a distributor for it.

    For getting products, you have to finalize a franchise company. Contact them nad make a agreement with them. Open all term and conditions with them regarding target and sale.

    Select company having products which you want to sell. Give order to them. You dont need to give order in bulk. You can start with low quantity and products as you need to start. You can start with 10000/-.

    For product quality, you can seek COA (Certificate of Analysis) of each product, you want to sell along with order. You dont need any further registration to start working as a franchise. At some location, you have to register under medical representative association for working in market.
